List vehicle check submissions
Pull the vehicle checks your drivers submitted, for example each day’s start-of-day and end-of-day checks, into your own fleet or compliance system. Results are newest first. Filter by submission date with from and to, and narrow them by vehicle, checklist, or pass/fail result.
Photo and signature links expire about 15 minutes after the response. Download the files you need straight away. Don’t store the links.
Known issues:
  • If a checklist was deleted after drivers submitted it, any page that includes one of its submissions returns 500. Narrow the list with checklist_id or from / to to skip those submissions (DTR-7093).
  • status=pass returns every submission with no failed answer, including checks with no pass/fail questions. To keep only checks where something passed, also check that passed_item_count is greater than 0 (DTR-7094).
  • For a manager whose access is limited to groups, assign_to has no effect, and the list includes every vehicle in their groups. Filter by trackable_id in the response instead (DTR-7095).
For what each field means, including where to find an odometer reading, see Vehicle checks. For errors and rate limits, see Errors and Rate limits.
